Organization Development interventions in these systems are inclusive methodologies and approaches to strategic planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, and work/life balance.”
Our Consulting Process
1. Entry and Contracting
During this phase there is initial contact with the client about the project. The consultant will explore the problem, discuss client expectations, and specify the consulting team expectations.
2. Discovery and Dialogue
During this phase the consulting team gains an understanding of the problem and performs data collection and analysis.
3. Feedback and Decision to Act
During this phase, findings from phase 2 will be reported, and the consulting team and client will collaborate to set goals and action steps moving forward.

4. Engagement and Implementation
During this phase the solution is implemented by the organization, with deep involvement with the consulting team.
5. Extension, Recycle, or Termination
During this phase, the project goes through a full evaluation. Followed by a decision whether to extend the process to a larger segment of the organization. In the event additional internal problems surface after some implementation occurs, the process recycles and a new contract needs to be discussed.
